CDCP — Center for Digital Compliance & Platform Monitoring. We identify illegal online operations and submit structured complaints to platforms, registrars and hosting providers to remove dangerous content.
The site is focused on our own work. We do not accept general user complaints — every case here is collected, analysed and filed internally.

Build evidence
Screenshots, URLs, WHOIS / RDAP, timestamps and short narrative are merged into one brief so that any abuse desk can understand the situation in under a minute.

Complain & track
Structured complaints are sent to registrars, hosts, platforms and — when needed — ICANN or regulators. Reactions, delays and outcomes are tracked so future cases become faster and stronger.

Registrar
Complaint covering storefront domain with screenshots of catalogue, payment options and shipping offers. WHOIS and DNS included, with clear request to place the domain on clientHold / serverHold.
Nicenic — repeat operator
Registrar
Multiple related domains tied to the same Telegram shop and crypto wallets. Timeline of earlier tickets attached, plus notice that escalation to ICANN is prepared if no registrar action is taken.
Element / Matrix room
Platform
Encrypted room advertising narcotics, documented via invite link and public meta data. Complaint sent to homeserver abuse and Matrix.org with screenshots and exact room identifiers.
Namecheap — mirror network

Cluster of domains used as mirrors for the same shop. Packet shows how each host, domain and Telegram bot point back to one operator.
Hosting provider — shop backend
Host
VPS instance clearly dedicated to an online drug market. Report includes server IP, domain mapping, and screenshots of admin panel access pattern.
Signal operator profile
Platform
Profile used only as contact point for a web shop. Complaint submitted with web evidence, QR codes and message history from test account.
Contact
Primary contact address for formal communication with registrars, hosts
and platforms. This mailbox is used for outgoing abuse notices and
follow‑up only.
