Structured complaints, not public reports

Independent Monitoring of Digital Platforms

CDCP — Center for Digital Compliance & Platform Monitoring. We identify illegal online operations and submit structured complaints to platforms, registrars and hosting providers to remove dangerous content.

The site is focused on our own work. We do not accept general user complaints — every case here is collected, analysed and filed internally.

A / B / C method
Three internal steps we repeat for every case — from spotting a violation to filing and documenting the response.
Step A
A

Analyse

Target channels, rooms, bots or domains are checked against platform rules, registrar obligations and basic legal standards. Only clearly documentable violations move forward.

Step B
B

Build evidence

Screenshots, URLs, WHOIS / RDAP, timestamps and short narrative are merged into one brief so that any abuse desk can understand the situation in under a minute.

Step C
C

Complain & track

Structured complaints are sent to registrars, hosts, platforms and — when needed — ICANN or regulators. Reactions, delays and outcomes are tracked so future cases become faster and stronger.

Current & recent cases
Example cards below show how one case looks in our system. For each registrar or provider we log what was reported, when, and what they did with it.
